Terms of Service

By creating a CUVR account or using the app/website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety standards. If you do not agree, do not use CUVR.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information (including date of birth) and keep your login email under your control.
• One person, one account — no impersonation or fake profiles.

CUVR is a video/photo-reveal dating product: you browse profiles (often with blurred media), like/match, chat, and may unlock clearer media according to product rules. Features, limits (e.g. daily likes), and Premium entitlements may change. We may run promotions, experiments, or regional rollouts.

You retain rights to content you upload (photos, audio, messages). You grant CUVR a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, moderate, transcode/blur, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You represent you have all rights needed to upload the content and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

You must not:

• Upload illegal, exploitative, or CSAM/CSAE content
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or scam other users
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse APIs / rate limits
• Circumvent bans, blocks, or safety systems
• Use CUVR for commercial spam without our written permission

We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these rules.

Use in-app report/block tools. Child-safety concerns: safety@cuvr-app.com and see /safety. We may preserve evidence and report to NCMEC / authorities where required.

Optional Premium features are billed through the app stores and managed via RevenueCat. Store refund rules apply. Entitlement state in CUVR follows webhook/reconciliation; contact support if you see a mismatch after a successful purchase.

You may request deletion in-app or at /delete-account. Deletion removes account data per our Privacy Policy and ops workflow. Some non-personal audit records and legally required records may remain.

CUVR is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, continuous uptime, or that every user is who they claim to be. Meet safely; never send money to people you meet online.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUVR and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that must be litigated, subject to those mandatory protections.
